Our response to Coronavirus (COVID-19):

In these times of great uncertainty and different ways of working Shred-on-Site can offer a bespoke service to homeworkers that will cater for specific confidential shredding requirements. Being regarded as an essential service we have continued to work throughout this pandemic and all of our drivers are well versed in operating within the Government guidelines of social distancing, continual cleansing and the wearing of PPE.
All we will require is your post code, an approximate volume of the material, be it paper or media, that needs shredding and we can let you know costs and availability.
Should you require any further information please contact us.

Trust is a Must in Business

So much of business rests on reputation and brand image. A good brand image is difficult to achieve and astonishingly easy to lose.  Once a negative image is acquired then profit margins will be directly affected. A security breach will smear your efforts and leave you stumbling to pick up the pieces. If you want to attain new; and preserve current business, you will need to appear as a secure solution. Secure document destruction will minimalise the risk of security breaches and safeguard your brands image.
Gaining the trust of your customers and keeping it could mean the difference between success and failure. So, how can we make sure we are keeping the trust of our customers? Can we be sure what we shred or put in the bin is actually safe?  Unfortunately, when operating a multitude of tasks and operations inside an office - paper shredding can fall by the wayside. Thus leaving your valuable data exposed to fraud and theft.
Maintaining the trust of your customers is about more than just security. Delivering on promises, going the extra mile and working with integrity are all things which will help a customer’s trust you. However, a lack of security will instantly make all of your hard efforts disappear. For long-term and sustainable relationships, a high quality and fully functional paper shredding policy is a must.
Paper shredding in-house with small office shredders won’t guarantee results either. Liable to break down, jam, and injure people - these seemingly harmless machines can become more trouble than they’re worth. Even with their inherent potential to be dangerous, they aren’t actually that powerful. This is why the machines will jam or break; because they aren’t capable of managing the workload. Depending on what shredder you use will affect the end result and the security of the shredded documents.
It’s for these reasons on-site paper shredding companies like Shred-on-Site exist. We help lower the workload and effort needed to fulfil your paper shredding needs; and become the solution to alleviate the burden whilst improving your results. Document shredding specialists are exactly that –specialists. We are equipped with the ability to destroy paper and media such as hard drives in our industrial shredding vehicles. Any client using our services is welcome to watch the process and ensure a high standard is achieved.
Make sure you aren’t losing valuable business and develop your relationship with customers to ensure you’re an appreciated commodity in their life.  If something as simple as paper shredding is holding you back then we can help make a difference. If you have any questions or would like to discuss how Shred-on-Site could help your business then please, get in touch with us today.
